So the 25 year old man who came in today was wondering about his anatomy. Two kinds of stuff come out (he's a father of two) .. and so it just made sense that we all have two holes.
One for pee and the other for … "you-know, Doc"
"They're very close together"
And so I take a look and sure enough – there are two holes. The more dorsal opening is actually a dead-end, and the more ventral is the urethra. They are both within the meatus – so it is only with very close inspection that this cen be recognized. I bet he didn't find this himself!
Off he goes to the urologist. I figure that this is either a distal urethral web, or (more likely) he has a very mild hypospadias.
