The Internet Medical Journal looks like a good idea .. but I'm not so impressed with the implementation. The news links on the top page are links to news stories in mainstream media from the past few days .. (mostly foxnews.com, it seems) and "Medical Pearls," while interesting and potentially useful, are not hyperlinked to even the abstracts of the papers that are mentioned.
