This site has links to anticipatory guidance sheets that can be printed and given to patients, growth charts, and some summaries of recent articles. The site appears to be supported by links to order supplies, vaccines, books, etc. This is a growing business model for many health related websites .. provide some information (make the site useful on a daily basis) and then provide a method of generating revenue with ads or a way for users to purchase something. A complaint: On the form to become a member (free) .. one is asked to identify a profession. Pediatrician, OB-GYN, Administrator, Nurse Practictioner … I had to choose "other" and fill in Family Physician. I would think that the folks who developed the website know that family physicians care for children too!
